This photo was taken while cruising on the Seine River in Paris, France. The photo has a lot of noise and is not of the best quality. The combination of the water, mist, and reflections of the Eiffel Tower's brilliant lights reminded of a Van Gogh painting. Only the color was slightly enhanced.
